OUR POLICY
Until we get our own fleet of Clutch Bodyshop® shipping trucks, all orders will ship through Amazon Fulfillment®. Please understand that we can't be held responsible for any items or shipments once they leave our facility. We can not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery and can only ship to the address provided at checkout.  Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled. Clutch Bodyshop® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments BUT, if you have a shipping issue, we will do everything in our power to help get it resolved. U.S. SHIPPING
Clutch Bodyshop is proud to offershipping for all of our products through Amazon Fulfillment. All orders are processed and shipped through Amazon fulfillment. We ship orders using FedEx, USPS, DHL, and Amazon direct. Shipping carrier will be determined by Amazon FBA® at the time of shipping based on end destination to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Clutch Bodyshop ships internationally via Amazon FBA®. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary between carriers. Once again, Amazon FBA® will choose the correct carrier to assure your shipment arrives as soon as possible based on where you are located. 

TRACK YOUR PACKAGE
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from Clutch Bodyshop® and Amazon® containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used.


RETURN POLICY  (Physical Goods)

At Clutch Bodyshop®, we want you to be 100% happy and have a 100% money-back guarantee on all non-sale Clutch Bodyshop® apparel, supplements and accessories.  For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 30 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip. Clutch Bodyshop will not return any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid return authorization number.  To receive return approval, please email us at: info@clutchbodyshop.com. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue. Return shipping is non-refundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card.


RETURN POLICY  (Digital Goods)
We are so sorry but Clutch Bodyshop® does not refund any purchase of e-books, digital goods, or digital memberships. Unfortunately, because digital downloads can not be "physically" returned, we must strictly enforce this policy.
